Hi, I'm Karl.
I am a Branch Manager with Ochs Mortgage Group, powered by West Capital Lending, Inc., based in Grosse Pointe Park. My job is simple: make the mortgage process clear, responsive and easy to understand.
Michigan, start to finish
I grew up in Hart, on the west side of the state, and today I live in Grosse Pointe Park with my family. So yes, I have strong opinions about the best way to spend a summer weekend on the water, and I give directions using my hand.
I have been in the mortgage industry since 2018, with experience in retail lending, broker lending, leadership and self originated production. Along the way I learned that most people do not want a lecture on loan programs. They want a clear plan, honest answers and someone who calls back.
My focus is right here in the Grosse Pointes, Metro Detroit and across Michigan. I am also licensed in California, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia, so if you or your family are buying beyond the mitten, I can help there too.
